In this Community Cause campaign cycle, we’re focusing our efforts on supporting veterans and other service members in our community who have been seriously injured or have suffered tremendous stress during their service years.
Luckily, Canine Companions is on an ambitious mission to provide local disabled veterans with the means to live a more productive life through the use of service animals. Veterans in need no longer have to worry about struggling with everyday tasks such as turning on lights, opening doors, picking up dropped objects, and so on. This noble organization takes incredible strides to assist veterans with disabilities in finding their ideal match using a selection of specially trained service companions.
