Born and raised in Hollis Queens, New York. I love living in this corner of the city and I want to positively impact the lives of people in this wonderful community, so I take great pleasure from the work I do in my local church and from Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
I graduated from St. Johns University with a BS in Marketing and have now over 29 years of experience in the insurance industry, which is always effective when advising clients on their policy needs. In the agency, I take great joy advising people how to best secure their assets.
When I’m out of the office, I really enjoy rooting for my New York Giants and New York Knicks. I also love spending time traveling with my family or just going out for my favorite pizza and pasta!
I grew up in New York, graduated from St. John’s University, B.S, and maintain 3 licenses: BR, PC, AND LA. I have ben in the insurance business for 20 years!
What I like most about my work are the long lasting and trusting relationships that we develop over time with customers. I take great pride from the positive feedback my customers give the team and me at Boyd Agency.
After work, I enjoy unwinding in front of the TV (“The Walking Dead” is my favorite show). On the weekends, I like hanging out with family and friends. My guilty pleasure is definitely television on early Saturday mornings.
Sometimes, I volunteer my time at my daughter’s school.
I help protect the financial future of many local families in the Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island and Long Island. My knowledge and understanding of the people in these communities help me to provide customers with an outstanding level of service.
I graduated from Baruch College with my BBA Degree in Business while still working full time. I was very active as a student because I took part in the Baruch College’s student government and was able to start a new evening account club to help my peers.
I get excited when a customer sends me a thank you note or card explaining how I helped their family in their time of need because I enjoy helping people to better protect their families and plan for their retirement.
On the weekends I like to watch football and basketball. I also love water sports like jet ski or para sailing but I am not a swimmer.
I was born in the Dominican Republic. Later on, I moved to the island Curacao where I spend most of my youth pursuing my Dutch and Papiamentu language education.
I have been involved in customer service for more than 3 years now. I am excited to take part in the workings of such a talented team here at the Boyd Agency. At work I enjoy brainstorming on ways to offer an even better customer service to our dear clients. What excites me the most about my work is being able to satisfy customers’ needs by solving their problem. By listening to what our clients have to say and taking active steps to provide the best customer service is what being a trusted advisor is all about!
Personally, I enjoy taking trips to beautiful places around the world. When I’m not working, you can also find me at a playground or recreation park. My favorite way to spend my weekend is spending time with my daughter. My guilty pleasure is eating late night tacos. Also, I can’t stop talking about technology.
I love volunteering. Since High school I have had amazing experiences volunteering with different charities.
I grew up in Brooklyn and currently reside in Queens, where I’m pursuing a Marketing degree at St. John’s University.
My experience in the insurance industry stems from a Risk Management Insurance class I took during my junior year in college, where I learned financial, legal, and economic theories. I also gained knowledge on the importance of insurance and its significance in society.
I’m always excited about my line of work because I have the opportunity to interact with wonderful minds and provide excellent service to every customer whom I come into contact with every single day.
I am very enthusiastic about music. I love to listen, analyze, and explore various genres. My favorite way to spend the weekend is to explore fun and exciting things in Manhattan such as art galleries, museums, festivals, and theater shows just to name a few. My guilty pleasure is creating visual artwork. One of my talents is my ability to draw and paint.
I love to volunteer for Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, which is a non-profit organization that involves picking up leftover food from partnering restaurants and delivering it to homeless shelters all around New York City.
