I graduated from St. Johns University with a BS in Marketing and have now over 29 years of experience in the insurance industry, which is always effective when advising clients on their policy needs. In the agency, I take great joy advising people how to best secure their assets.
When I’m out of the office, I really enjoy rooting for my New York Giants and New York Knicks. I also love spending time traveling with my family or just going out for my favorite pizza and pasta!
I am new to the insurance industry but have 21 years in customer service. I was a customer service representative in the retail industry all that time, and I believe that relationships with consumers are everything to our business. I believe that sometimes your interaction with someone can change your whole day. Being able to help people, especially now when they might have gone through hardship, sometimes they just need someone to be a listening ear.
I was born and raised in East Elmhurst, NY. I graduated from Saint John’s Preparatory School. I love food. I love cooking and eating, so get me talking about a restaurant I’ll have tons of recommendations for you. If I’m not working, I’m usually at home relaxing or trying out the latest restaurant with my friends!
I don’t know if it’s a talent, but I can taste certain foods and be able to tell you what’s in them. I’d kill the Gordon Ramsey blind taste test!
I have been in the insurance industry for six years now. I earned my license back in 2016 and have been helping New Yorkers with their insurance needs ever since. What most excites me about this line of work is the genuine help I get to give people with the different products we provide here. It truly warms my heart.
A little bit about myself: in my early stages of life, I was raised in Brooklyn, NY, until I was eleven years old. I grew up in Queens, New York until I graduated from college. Making other people feel beautiful is something I personally enjoy doing.
My talent, which customers may not know, is that I am a part-time hairdresser. I love to see the look on my client’s faces when I execute the exact hairstyle they had in mind. Needless to say, making other people feel beautiful is something I personally enjoy doing.
I grew up in Brooklyn, NY, so I know how to help my clients handle tough situations. My bachelor’s degree is in business management with a master’s degree in taxation and now I’m a licensed agent in property and casualty insurance, as well as life, accident, and health.
Making a positive impact in people’s lives is why I’m so obsessed with entrepreneurship and helping small businesses grow. I also love writing and public speaking, even though I consider myself somewhat of an introvert! Facing fears creates personal growth as they say.
When not working or helping clients you can find me either with family or volunteering at my youth financial literacy nonprofit I founded called Crypto J Means Business Inc. Changing the way our younger generations understand finance and business is a powerful gift for their futures, something I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing first-hand.
