The Boyd Agency, a full service insurance assistance and financial consulting firm serving residential and commercial clients all across New York City, is embarking on a joint charity effort with the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Foundation to provide care for children hospitalized for cancer and other deadly diseases.
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Foundation works to build a better, healthier future for children struggling to overcome cancer and other critical illnesses. Every year, St Jude’s latest leading-edge treatments are employed to assist thousands of children and their families, but the center relies on public donations to operate.
“That is why our agency is joining the ongoing efforts of the Queens Alumni (NY) and raising funds and awareness to support St. Jude’s lifesaving mission of fighting cancer, finding cures, and saving children,” says Garland Boyd; Sunday of Hope Chairman for the Queens Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Owner of The Boyd Insurance Agency.
Efforts to promote the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Foundation charity drive are reaching a growing number of supporters over online channels, as Boyd and his team event share information over social media and email. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Foundation is the second nonprofit in the New York Area to receive assistance from the Boyd Agency.
