The Boyd Agency Embarks on Charity Drive to Raise Donations for Ongoing Cancer Research

Garland Boyd, principal agent and director of the Boyd Agency in Queens Village, is launching a charity event to raise local support for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life event. The Relay will take place at St John’s University on April 13th, and all community members are invited to attend.

“From athletes to non-athletes to teams of individuals representing clubs, corporations, organizations, neighborhoods, and families, everyone in the area is welcome to join this fun, community-oriented event,” said Boyd.

To further improve community involvement, the Boyd Agency will be issuing donations for all referrals sent into the firm during the event for complimentary insurance appraisals. Appraisals will be provided at no cost, and the Boyd team has pledged to make a monetary donation to the Relay for every person referred.
